FAQs
Are you OEM certified?
No.
By working outside the parameters of the OEM, Maddex TSL can provide the best possible turbine repair and maintenance services to the client. It also gives us the freedom to provide fair prices that may not be found elsewhere.
Does Maddex TSL have a QA/QC program?
Yes.
Quality assurance and control are a big part of our core values. Having obtained both the ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management) certifications, we have a firm grasp on the importance of these ideas and strive to uphold them. Clients are kept in the know during each step of the turbine overhaul/maintenance process so that the job is done with their specific needs in mind.
Our certified team of turbine technicians are trained to work in a way that is both quick and efficient. Once the job is complete, all turbines are put through rigorous testing to ensure that they’re in perfect working order.
Does Maddex TSL have a safety program?
Yes.
As with most jobs, safety is a big factor in overhauling and maintaining turbines. Working with heavy equipment can be dangerous, so we take the safety of our team very seriously. We have recently obtained our ISO 45001:2018 (OHSMS) certification. Our current safety program is a part of the certification process and ensures that work is being done hazard free, so that everyone is safe and able to return home at the end of the day.
What kind of warranty does Maddex TSL offer?
